Council delays skate park upgrade
The Horsham Rural City Council (HRCC) has put plans to redevelop the Horsham skate park on hold after voting to defer a $1 million funding application at its February meeting.
Plans for an inclusive play space remain on hold as the council defers skate park funding application.
