Crackdown on tyre dumping
Horsham Rural City Council is ramping up its efforts to tackle illegal tyre dumping after discovering more piles of discarded tyres on the outskirts of Horsham.
A pile of 30 illegally dumped tyres has been found on the outskirts of Horsham.
